"At long last I have managed to clear my desk after my lovely holiday which was in the main down to your hard work. I learnt an awful lot about New England and the American culture. Roxanne, I would just like to thank you for making our holiday so perfect." -T. Mitchell, Yorkshire, England In addition, Roxanne offers the following professional services in Heritage Tourism Development:

"Roxanne was the best Tour Director we have ever had." -W.Pierce, Phoenix, Arizona
"We have toured many times all over the world and our guide achieved the rare feat of being a travelling companion as well as informed. It would not be possible to indicate how excellent this tour was. Everything was perfect and I would have to say it was a vacation of a lifetime."
-MM, Aberdeen, Scotland
"Now that the jet-lag has receded, I finally feel capable of expressing our gratitude for the extra value you added to our holiday! We had only ever taken one coach trip before and it had not been the best experience so we were unsure that we had done the best thing to hand over our precious two weeks. By the end of the trip, we wanted to do it all again and our friends are already sick of our singing your praises! It was your knowledge, organisation and, above all, your enthusiasm which made the trip so memorable. New England helped - what a beautiful region - but it was above all the way you mixed fun, care, information and your obvious pride in your country and its culture which made the whole experience so positive." -S. Williams, London, England
